To qualify for our Weekly and Bi-Weekly rates, you must complete 6 trips. Otherwise, we will charge you our One-Time rate for your size lot, for each mow you received. If there are not 6 mows left in the mowing season which ends November 10th, you will be obligated to continue your 6 trips in the following season beginning the 2nd week of March.
No problem, just let us know by 4PM the day before your scheduled mow day, so your lawn will not print on our logs for the next day.
Immediately after we receive your order, we enter it into our system, research our routing system to find a suitable mow day, and then go into the selected route to assign an actual sequence that our truck will be routed. Then we enter your information into our accounting system, and memorize the Weekly or Bi-Weekly charges.
This takes approximately 45 minutes of work to process your order.
So, if you have put out other calls to lawn companies that may call back or otherwise undecided, please be aware that we will charge your credit card a set up fee of $25.00 if you cancel before your first scheduled mow.
